Welcome to the Eyelid Center of Utah, a Salt Lake City eyelid surgery practice. Dr. Kian Eftekhari is a board-certified, nationally recognized eyelid plastic surgeon with special training in plastic surgery of the eyelids and face. Dr. Eftekhari restricts his practice exclusively to eyelid surgery. Our Salt Lake City blepharoplasty and eyelid procedures include cosmetic eyelid surgery including upper and lower eyelid surgery, reconstructive surgery, and non-surgical treatments including BoTox and Fillers. Dr. Eftekhari is Stanford and Penn-trained, and was formerly faculty at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After years teaching other surgeons the art and nuance of eyelid surgery, Dr. Eftekhari returned to Utah to found the Eyelid Center of Utah. Our practice is centered around our clients, and Dr. Eftekhari designs a custom, unique treatment plan for each patient we see in our practice with the goal of achieving a natural, aesthetic result.
